At DCV, we attract the best students and researchers, who are academically strong, and who have passion, commitment, leadership potential and come from diverse backgrounds. • We focus on high impact research that advances knowledge and its application and which is of high international quality and impact. Our aim is to transform the way people think and do things through education, research and service.
  • Evaluation of legal training is a robust process. The difference in the desired level and the actual level of learning yields the performance gap in the learning. This gap in learning would require a systematic training need assessment; and learning strategy based on the Training Need Assessment (TNA) would be devised and appropriate training intervention would be designed. Train the trainer would be conducted for faculty/facilitators. A strong feed back mechanism has been developed and a continuous audit and feed back on performance trainer/student would be implemented. This ensures quality in training, training delivery and effective transfer of learning.
